“全国山河一片红”是1968年11月25日由邮电部发行、北京邮票厂印制的邮票。邮票图案为工农兵手持《毛主席语录》，背景中“革命委员会”的红旗汇成的红色海洋和工农兵群众热烈欢呼的场面，上方为一幅中华人民共和国地图，地围上除台湾省外全部绘成大红色，上面印有“全国山河一片红”金字，邮票票幅为30毫米x40毫米，齿孔11.5度x11度，整张枚数50(10x5)。2012年5月21日，“全国山河一片红”在中国嘉德2012春季拍卖会“邮品”专场中，以730.25万人民币的价格成交，创出中国单枚邮票拍卖新纪录。
